Bonjour, 

I have spoken with your department today to explain that I need to change my address on my carte residence séjour. 

The site on the Internet will not allow me to do so I think it is the numero personal that is the problem

Thank you Sandie, I have tried everway possible but no luck. It says to merge france connect with the administrator estranged site but I cannot find a contract for this. I need this change of adress and I am very stressed over such a simple matter

Thank you so much. My old code postal 40600 and the new one is 34280 . I have already sent by registered post the documents needed to the prefecture in montpellier except for the amount. I explain my problem but sadly they say it can do on the Internet, so I am at a loss .
