Bonjour,

Je viens de recevoir un mail de l'OFII Toulouse pour la signature de mon CIR.

Si c'est possible je souhaite replanifier mon rendez-vous OFII car cet événement est vraiment important pour moi.

J'ai essayé de contacter l'OFII Toulouse par mail et par téléphone, mais personne ne répond et le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas.

Pouvez-vous m'aider concernant ce problème s'il vous plait ? Ou pouvez-vous m'indiquer comment contacter l'OFII Toulouse s'il vous plait ?

Bonjour,

J'accuse réception de votre demande. 

Vous devez envoyer un courrier en recommandé ou lettre suivie à l'OFII de Toulouse. Afin de leur signifier votre indisponibilité pour raison familiale.

Vous serez alors convoqué à une date ultérieure.

Si cela ne vous dérange pas, j'utiliserai l'anglais pour mieux communiquer.

I have several question to ask :

- For the letter that I will send to OFII Toulouse, is there any format for the letter or just a handwritten letter is enough ?

- Do you know how long they will usually reply to a letter sent to them ? I am just afraid that I will not get a reply fast enough from them.

- I tried to call this number yesterday from your website (0891 150 390) but everytime they transfer me to the person responsible for OFII department, the call is always stopped. Do you have a number that I can contact directly regarding this matters ?

Hello,

I acknowledge receipt of your request.

There is no particular format for the mail. Nevertheless, I invite you to write a classic letter, with your name, address and phone number at the top left. On the right side, the address of the OFII.

The latter can obviously be handwritten.

I advise you to send your letter by registered mail.

Here is the address: OFII Toulouse 7 Rue Arthur Rimbaud, 31200 Toulouse

Concerning the waiting time, it is necessary to count approximately 3 weeks. You will then be summoned at a later date.
